Flag Presentation to Kyle Olinger’s Family

Kyle Olinger’s widow and mother were presented with American flags at a “Celebration of Life” memorial in Olney on Wednesday.

Olinger, a former Montgomery County Police officer, died in April from wounds he sustained after he was shot in the line of duty in 2003.
