Mexican Police Arrest Montgomery County Man Wanted in Connection with Death of His Wife

Ruel Francis Dempster II, 30, of the 3600 block of Bel Pre Road, who was wanted for the slaying of his wife, has been arrested in the area of Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, by the Federal Police on the strength of a Montgomery County warrant, Montgomery County police said Monday.
Dempster has been extradited to the United States and will return to Montgomery County when the domestic extradition process is complete.
