3. The Bubble Lady: Who doesn’t love bubbles? Margie Lynch teaches the science of bubbles at 11 a.m. at the Silver Spring Library and this event promises to be engaging.

4. Pedal Power & Golf: The Montgomery County Planning Board will review the Bicycle Facility Design Toolkit at today’s meeting. An application for Topgolf in Germantown is also on the board’s agenda.

5. Point of View: Meet the photographers behind the Point of View exhibit at a reception from 7 – 8:30 p.m. at the Gaithersburg Arts Barn.
