UPDATED: Police Locate Missing Silver Spring Teen (PHOTO)
UPDATED 2.28.17 Montgomery County police officers have safely located Hilmer Anibal Espino, according to a posting on the police department’s Twitter account.

Montgomery County police officers are looking for a missing teenager from the Woodside area of Silver Spring.
According to police, 16-year-old Hilmer Anibal Espino of Lanier Drive was reported missing by his family. Espino is described as a Hispanic male, 5′ 6” tall, and weighing 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Police said Espino has tattoos of the cartoon character Snoopy on his chest, and the word “Estella” on his left arm.
Police and family say they are concerned for his welfare.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Espino is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Special Victims Investigations Division at 240.773.5400 or the police non-emergency number at 301.279.8000.
