Weekly County Briefing: County Executive Marc Elrich, County Health Officer Dr. Travis Gayles and Acting Assistant Chief Administrative Officer Dr. Earl Stoddard will hold their media briefing at 12:30 p.m. Residents can watch live on MCM channels 21 and 995 (HD), County Cable Montgomery and on the county’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.

2. Vaccine Clinic: From 6-8 p.m., Kingdom Fellowship AME Church at 12101 Tech Road in Silver Spring is holding a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for residents ages 12+. Make an appointment here.

3. Farmers Market: The Crossroads Farmers Market returns from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Anne Street and University Boulevard in Takoma Park. The market is partnering with Holy Cross Health to offer COVID-19 vaccines for those ages 12+.
4. Family Storytime: From 10:30-11 a.m., join Outdoor Family Storytime at Kensington Park Library at 4201 Knowles Avenue.
5. Senior Planet: Senior Planet Montgomery continues to offer free Zoom classes to senior residents. Today’s classes include “Cloud Storage” and “Introduction to Social Media.”
Senior Planet Montgomery, a technology training program designed for County learners 50+, is offering free online classes this week that focus on how to thrive at home. Classes will include iPhones and Mindfulness Apps.
