1. Rockville Bike Drive: The county transportation department is holding a bike donation event Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. outside the Council Office Building parking garage at the corner of East Jefferson Street and Monroe Street.

3. Little Free Library: The city of Gaithersburg has its’ fourth little free library located at the Gaithersburg Arts Barn off Kent Square Raod in the Kentlands. A dedication ceremony will be held Friday at 6 p.m.
4. BlackRock Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month: The second annual celebration starts with a concert by Jonathan Acosta Friday at 8 p.m. and is followed Saturday with a day of festivities from noon to 10 p.m.

5. East County Community Health Fair: The Muslim Community Center hosts a health fair Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 5200 New Hampshire Ave in Silver Spring.
