2. Budget Forum: At 7 p.m., County Executive Marc Elrich is holding a Fiscal Year 2023 Hybrid Budget Forum at the White Oak Community Recreation Center. Residents can attend in-person or watch online.

3. Renter Town Hall: From 7-8:30 p.m., the Montgomery County Renters Alliance will hold a Zoom town hall with updates about the Rent Relief Program, renter protections and other related topics. Register here.
4. Family Storytime: From 10:30-11 a.m., Montgomery County Public Libraries has outdoor family storytime opportunities at Kensington Park Library and Wheaton Library. Bring a blanket to sit on.
5. Senior Planet: Senior Planet Montgomery continues to offer free Zoom classes to senior residents. Today’s classes include “Digital Storytelling” and “Podcasts.”
