Wynne Case Could Force Mid-Year Funding Changes (VIDEO)

Montgomery County Council President George Leventhal talks about the impact of the Wynne case decision on the county’s current and future budgets.

Levethal said he believes the fiscal year $10 million impact from the Wynne case can be absorbed by the reserve fund. However, he said the county’s financial standing should be reexamined by mid-year to determine if the spending plan needs to be adjusted.
