Woman Found Dead in Bel Pre Road Apartment, Police Say

A woman’s body was discovered Wednesday morning in a Bel Pre Road home, according to a Montgomery County police statement released Thursday.
About 11 a.m., the county’s 911 center received a call to check the welfare of the occupant(s) at a home in the 3600 block of Bel Pre Road, police said.
Officers who responded found the woman dead inside the apartment. She had apparent trauma to her body, police said.
The woman’s body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore where an autopsy will be conducted to determine the manner and cause of death.
