White Oak FDA Biodefense Complex (VIDEO)

It is official. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has opened its doors to a new Biodefense Complex. County Executive Ike Leggett was there for the ribbon-cutting ceremony along with other state and federal officials. Lorna Virgili reports.
