Wheaton Arts Festival Blooms in the Rain Sunday

Artists and community members took to the streets of Wheaton Sunday for the second annual Wheaton Arts Parade and Festival despite the rainy weather. The parade marched north on  Georgia Avenue from Prichard street to Price Avenue and was followed by the Arts Festival which took place in the Wheaton Veterans Park on Fern Street.
