Road Repairs Underway at Water Main Break Along Goldsboro Road in Bethesda
UPDATED Road repairs are underway at the site of an earlier water main break along Goldsboro Road in Bethesda.
The break caused some lane closures during the Wednesday morning rush hour.
At one point, all lanes of Goldsboro Road were closed from Massachusetts Avenue to Tulip Hill Terrace.
The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) reports on its Twitter account that the break has been repaired and all seven customers impacted now have water flowing.
The break occurred in a pipe that was installed in 1941, according to WSSC.
There is no timeline on the road repairs.
