U.S. Rep. John Delaney Discusses Reaction to DHS Memos on Immigration (VIDEO)

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released two memos recently outlining how President Donald Trump’s executive orders on immigration will be executed.

The memos, signed by DHS Secretary John Kelly, describes how an additional 10,000 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and officials will be hired to implement the laws.
