Tuesday Seminar to Explain Custody and Child Support Issues

The Montgomery County Commission for Women will present Part II: A Seminar on the Legal Process of Custody and Child Support in Montgomery County on Tuesday, August 11, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Rockville Memorial Library, 21 Maryland Ave., Suite 331.

The seminar is entitled, “When a Marriage Ends: Financial, Property and Practical Issues Spouses Must Consider,” and it will cover topics such as parental responsibilities regarding children, child custody, visitation access, child support, use and possession of property and the role of the court.
