Tuesday marks back to school day for MCPS. For procrastinators or those in denial that summer is officially ending, that meant last-minute back-to-school supply shopping. Staples on Rockville Pike in Rockville Monday afternoon was bustling with students and their parents buying up school supplies and waiting in long checkout lines.
