Rockville Officials Visit China (Video)

Rockville Councilmember Mark Pierzchala and Planning Chief Jim Wasilak returned from a visit to Jiaxing, China. Rockville is in the early stages of establishing a “sister city” arrangement with Jiaxing to supplement their “sister city” relationship with Pinneberg, Germany. Councilmember Pierzchala said: “These sister cities make us look outward.”
