There was a huge turnout for the 7th annual Salvadoran-American Day Festival at the Wheaton Triangle on Aug. 7th.

Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett and County Councilmembers Nancy Navarro and George Leventhal were among the faces in the crowd.

Comunidades Transnacionales Salvadoreñas or COTSA (Salvadoran-American Community group) presented Leggett with a plaque to thank him and the county government for their continuous support over the years.
