New legislation to create a Racial Equity and Social Justice Policy for Montgomery County has just been introduced. County Council President Nancy Navarro says Bill 27-19, the Racial Equity and Social Justice Act, will include establishing a Racial Equity and Social Justice Program and Executive Branch.
