Council Recognizes ‘A Wider Circle’ (Photos)

A Wider Circle, the Silver Spring-based organization whose mission for the past 12 years has been to help children and adults lift themselves out of poverty, was recognized May 13 by the Montgomery County Council for its outstanding service. A Wider Circle helps through educational programs and by providing urgently needed home furnishings.
