President Barack Obama has ordered the United States Flag to be flown at half-staff on Friday, Nov. 22 for a Day of Remembrance for President John F. Kennedy. Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the Maryland State Flag to also be flown at half-staff on Nov. 22 as well.
