UPDATED An afternoon thunderstorm moves through Gaithersburg on June 2nd with heavy rains. Take a look. At 6:07 p.m. on June 2, there were over 2,220 Pepco customers without power in Montgomery County, according to Pepco’s online outage maps. At 7:45 p.m., there were just over 300 customers still without electricity.
