President Donald Trump has declared a Memorial Day as a “day of prayer for permanent peace.” According to the President’s proclamation, flags on Memorial Day should be lowered to half staff until noon. You can find more information, here.

The United States Flag and the Maryland State Flag have been ordered to half staff from sunrise to sunset on Dec. 7 in honor of National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day. This action is in honor of those American patriots who died as a result of their service at Pearl Harbor.
