State’s Attorney John McCarthy Holds News Conference Following Court Hearing for Zakieya Avery (VIDEO)

Montgomery County State’s Attorney John McCarthy held a news conference following a court hearing in the case of Zakieya Avery at the Rockville Circuit Courthouse on Sept. 15.

Avery was arrested by Montgomery County police officers back in January of 2014 and charged with first degree murder in the deaths of two of her children.
