Senior Forum Set for April 8th at Asbury Methodist Village in Gaithersburg

Montgomery County Councilmembers Sidney Katz and Roger Berliner are hosting a free Montgomery County Senior Forum on Friday, April 8 at the Rosborough Cultural Arts Center located at Asbury Methodist Village in Gaithersburg.

A Resource Fair will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., followed by a formal program that runs until noon.

Discussion topics include spotting elderly abuse, avoiding senior scams and living life to the fullest. Speakers include the State’s Attorney for Montgomery County, John McCarthy, the Director of Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection, Eric Friedman, and the Director of the RSVP Program at the Montgomery County Volunteer Center, Kathleen Meaney Stobie.
