#SeeMeMontgomery — a collaboration between Montgomery Community Media and the Montgomery County Council — is a conversation about racial equity.

Today’s topic is microagressions.

A microagression is defined as: “A statement, action or incident regarded as an instance of indirect, subtle or unintentional.”

In the larger conversation, it is important to discus how words that we use can make others feel “less than.”
