Montgomery County Public Libraries Director Parker Hamilton is retiring after 37 years with the county and 12 years as director of the library system.

    Parker led us through some dark times, and also helped us make the most of the sunshine that has followed, always with the customer in mind. She will be sorely missed, but she has also prepared us well to move forward. I wish her all the best.
