President Obama Visits Rockville (Video)

On the first week of the federal government shutdown, President Barack Obama visited a construction company in Rockville. MyMCMedia’s Sonya Burke reports.

After hosting President Obama’s Oct. 3 speech at M. Luis Construction Co., Inc., owners Cidalia Luis-Akbar and Natalia Luis praised county officials and other “angels” for standing by them in difficult times.

Area residents lined Southlawn Lane and East Gude Drive on Oct. 3 in hopes of catching a glimpse of President Obama’s motorcade. Obama visited M.
