Police to Conduct Sobriety Checkpoint Friday Night
Montgomery County police officers are reminding motorists to drive safely this weekend.
According to a news release, police officers are planning to conduct a sobriety checkpoint in Montgomery County Friday night.
This enforcement is a component of the Montgomery County Police Department’s continuing effort to curb impaired driving and underage drinking.
Police said, the exact location of the checkpoint will not be disclosed in advance.
The Washington Regional Alcohol Program’s SoberRide offers free Lyft rides home from 7 p.m. Friday, May 5 through 4 a.m. Saturday, May 6.
