Police Still Searching for Two Suspects Connected with Gaithersburg Park Homicide (VIDEO & PHOTOS)
Montgomery County Police have arrested two suspects and are searching for two additional persons of interest for the homicide of 18-year-old Cristian Antonio Villagran-Morales, who’s body was found at Malcolm King Park in Gaithersburg on June 17th.
Police arrested Juan Guiterrez-Vasquez, age 16, of Gaithersburg and Vanesa Alvarado, age 19, of Gaithersburg on July 1. Both are charged with first-degree murder. Police have issued warrants for the arrest of two additional suspects, Oscar Ernesto Delgado-Perez, age 27, and Jose Coreas Ventura, as known as Josue Corea, age 20.
Police say both suspects should be considered as armed and dangerous. They were last seen in the Wheaton area, police said. According to police, the homicide is considered to be gang-related, and the four suspects are believed to be associated with MS-13.
Police held a news conference earlier today to discuss the case. Captain Darren Francke said, “We want to get them into custody as soon as possible so they can no longer contribute to MS-13 mayhem.” You can watch the conference in its entirety, below.
