Police Seek Help Identifying Bethesda Burglar in Video Footage

Montgomery County police detectives have released surveillance footage of a burglary at the Penney Design Group office in Bethesda, asking for viewers to help them identify the burglar.

According to the surveillance video, the burglary took place on May 24 at around 4:15 p.m. The man forced entry through a side office at 8120 Woodmont Ave., stole property, and left the building.

People who recognize the suspect or have information about the burglary can call the 2^nd District Investigative Section at 240-773-6710, or leave a tip for Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-8477. Crime Solvers will give a cash reward of up to $10,000 for tips that lead to an arrest or indictment.
