I called 911 about Ms. Rosen this morning. She was at the bus stop at the corner of East-West Highway and Colesville Road at 6:30. She stopped me to ask about the date. When I replied that it was the year 2017, she demanded that I prove it. We had a good conversation, but she was definitely out of it. She is concerned about proving her identity, and obtaining a phone. She started shouting at times. The officers who responded (D.P. Sharkey is who spoke with me) said they would connect her with resources. I hope that will be good enough.
