Police Need Your Help to Find a Missing Rockville Man (PHOTO)

Montgomery County police officers are asking for your help to find a missing Rockville man.
According to police, 62-year-old Philip Richard Horner left his residence in the Twinbrook community on June 19 and he does not have his prescribed medication with him. Police and family members are concerned for his emotional and physical well-being.
Horner is described by police as a white male, 5’10” tall, and weighing approximately 180 pounds. Police said Horner is balding with brown and gray hair and he has brown eyes. He is known to frequent the Rockville Town Center area.
