Police Need Your Help Locating Missing Bethesda Teen (PHOTO)

Detectives from the Montgomery County Special Victims Investigations Division are asking the public to help locate a missing Bethesda teen.

According to a news release, Tejin (pronounced Taa-gin) Thomas, age 17, of Belvoir Drive in Bethesda, was last seen at his home Sunday, Jan. 3rd. It is believed that Thomas used Uber to leave his home.

Police describe Thomas as 5’8″ tall, 125 pounds with brown eyes and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue pants, and carrying a duffel bag.

The news release also states that Thomas left messages that contained suicidal statements before leaving his home on Sunday. Police and family are concerned for Thomas’s emotional and physical welfare. He has not been heard from since Jan. 3rd. Police are attempting to locate the Uber driver who drove Thomas from his home Jan. 3rd.
