Montgomery County police officers are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing Montgomery Village man.

According to police, Herve Fonkoua Fohom was last seen by his mother at approximately 11:30 a.m. Tuesday morning when she dropped him off at the Lakeforest Mall.

Fohom is described by police as a 23-year-old African American male, 5’9” tall, and weighing approximately 190 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos that cover both of his arms.

Police and family are concerned about his physical and emotional welfare.
