UPDATED: Man Arrested for Threatening Judge, School (VIDEO)

Montgomery County police spokesman Capt. Paul Starks provides an update on the incident that closed Falls Road at I-270 on  Thursday.

A tweet from police says the man threatened to harm a county judge. WJLA is reporting that a man was arrested for making threats against several locations, including a day care center.
