Police Investigating White Oak Shooting

Montgomery County police detectives are investigating a July 10 shooting that took place in a stairwell of an apartment building in the 1500 block of November Circle in White Oak.

Officers responded to the area and found several spent shell casings and what appeared to be blood in a stairwell of one of the apartment buildings.  No victim(s) of a shooting were found, police said.

Witnesses stated that just before the shooting, they heard people arguing loudly. Two men were seen entering a possibly silver or gray sedan and leaving the area after the sound of shots, police said.
