Traffic Camera Arson Incident in Rockville Under Investigation

Police are investigating an arson and vandalism incident involving a traffic camera in Rockville.

According to police, the incident occurred between 11:45 p.m. and midnight on July 17 along the 400 block of Hurley Avenue near Wootton Mill Park.

The camera was allegedly graffitied with anti-law enforcement words before being set on fire, police said.
