Police Investigating Silver Spring Game Stop Robbery (PHOTOS & VIDEO)
Montgomery County Police detectives are investigating a robbery at a GameStop store that occurred on May 20 in Silver Spring.
According to a news release, two suspects entered the GameStop store located at 10100 Colesville Road in Silver Spring at approximately 8:56 p.m.
Police said the suspects were armed with handguns and ordered three customers against the wall near the counter. Both suspects then went behind the counter and ordered the two clerks to the floor, police said.
The suspects took cash and personal property and then left the store.
Police describe the two suspects as black males, approximately 5’6″ tall, 170 pounds in their 20s. According to police, the suspects were wearing black, hooded sweatshirts, black pants, gloves, and masks.
