UPDATED Montgomery County police officers are investigating the fatal stabbing of a 40-year-old man in Germantown that happened shortly before 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday night.
Police said Germantown resident William Palacios was transported to the hospital with multiple stab wounds from the 12900 block of Walnut View Court.
