UPDATED: Police Investigate Fatal Collision in Damascus
UPDATED Dec. 23, 2015 – Montgomery County police officers are investigating a fatal collision that occurred Tuesday evening in the 5200 block of Damascus Road.
According to police, the preliminary investigation indicates that a silver, 2002 Volkswagen Passat was traveling north on Damascus Road. For reasons still under investigation, police said the vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole. The driver died from his injuries at the scene. Police have identified the driver as David Mark Harris, 20 years old, of Gaithersburg,
