Police Investigate Burtonsville Vandalism (PHOTOS)
Montgomery County police are investigating a vandalism that happened at a residence in Burtonsville on Nov. 30.
According to police, officers responded to a home located at the 3000 block of Spencerville Road at approximately 6:25 a.m. for a reported vandalism. Preliminary investigation revealed that the homeowner discovered swastikas, the word “racist”, and other derogatory words related to the homeowner’s possible political affiliation, had been spray-painted multiple times on all three of the family cars that had been parked in the driveway. Police believe the homeowner’s political affiliation may be the motive for the vandalism.
