Police Conducting Sobriety Checkpoint Tonight
Law enforcement officers from the Montgomery County Police Department, the Maryland State Police, and the city of Gaithersburg are conducting a sobriety checkpoint Friday evening.
This enforcement is a component of a continuing effort to curb impaired driving and underage drinking.
The exact location of the checkpoint has not been disclosed. It starts about 10 p.m., weather permitting.
Officers from the Montgomery County Police Department are reminding motorists to have a plan, drive responsibly, and choose a sober driver.
