Montgomery County police are hoping someone recognizes a man in surveillance photographs taken inside a Bethesda business that was burglarized this month.

About 9 a.m. Friday, June 8, the man forced his way into entry into Tribalco LLC at 4915 St. Elmo Ave., police said. Once inside, the man looked into multiple work areas, entered one and stole a credit card from an unattended purse, police said.

The man used the credit card at stores in Bethesda, the District and Landover Hills, police said. Investigators have determined that the only property taken was personal credit cards belonging to that one employee.

Anyone who recognizes the man or has information about the burglary is asked to call the Bethesda police district Investigative Section at 240-773-6710.

Tipsters may call Crime Solvers of Montgomery County toll-free at 1-866-411-TIPS (8477) or enter a tip online. Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest or indictment. Tipsters will remain anonymous.
