When complete the commercial and residential development will include 430,000 square feet of retail, 1,500 new residences, 1.1 million square feet of office and a luxurious hotel.

Phase one of the development will open in the fall of 2014.

The Pike & Rose website touts the following retailers who plan to open up shop at this site:  iPic Theaters, an immersive entertainment experience that includes Tanzy Restaurant and Salt Bar, as well as Del Frisco’s GrilleProtein BarRotiShopHouse Southeast Asian KitchenChipotleLa Madeleine, and Stella Barra Pizzeria and Summer House from the Lettuce Entertain You restaurant group. Additionally, Strathmore will be opening a unique entertainment venue.

As part of Phase Two, Pinstripes will bring its popular bowling, bocce, and bistro experience to Pike & Rose.
