Nominations Wanted for Charles Gilchrist Volunteer Award
The public is invited to submit nominations for the 2016 Charles W. Gilchrist Volunteer Award presented annually by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County (FOLMC).
The award is given in memory of former Montgomery County Executive Charles W. Gilchrist who sought to encourage community participation in the County.
The annual award is presented to an individual, family, family foundation, corporation, or civic group that has demonstrated exceptional service to Montgomery County Public Libraries (MCPL) through volunteer and/or philanthropic support. FOLMC will present the award at the Library After Dark annual fundraiser on April 9, 2016.
Nominations should be submitted online at www.folmc.org.
