Ghost Stories of Montgomery County

‘Tis the season for thrillers …and while it may not be “Halloween Part 13” or “The Maryland Lawnmower Massacre”, MyMCM has created its own version of the genre: “Ghost Stories.” In this less than full-length feature, the real star is Montgomery County.

While she doesn’t believe in ghosts herself, Lottes confesses she really wrote her book to get readers more interested in county history.

For some holiday fun in Gaithersburg, you can drop by “Trick or Treat at the Museum” in costume between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday for a free treat and a fun Halloween craft session. The Gaithersburg Community Museum is at 9 South Summit Avenue in Gaithersburg.
