Montgomery Police Investigating Fatal Single Vehicle Collision
Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department are investigating a single-vehicle fatal collision that occurred in the Laytonsville area Wednesday evening.
Police from the fifth district and fire and rescue crews responded to the 20400 block of Zion Road for the report of a single-vehicle collision.
According to police, a preliminary investigation revealed that a 1995 Cadillac Eldorado was traveling north on Zion Road before it struck a fence and overturned.
The driver, identified as Marvin Dutton, age 53 of Gaithersburg, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the incident remains under investigation.
