6:30 p.m. – 9: 30 p.m. This dinner features recipes from Chef Sheila’s all-time favorite cookbook, The French Chef Cookbook, by the amazing Julia Child. A timbale of spinach custard will serve as the first course, followed by veal stew. A lightly seasoned rice pilaf and an unusual but tasty vegetable preparation, parslied cucumbers, will accompany the main course. Flambéed Crepes Suzette, thin dessert pancakes in orange butter sauce, will complete the meal. Wine paired with the entrée will be served with dinner. You don’t want to miss this event. Free/Gratis.

10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Cost is $8 per person. The Museum is fully accessible to visitors who use mobility assistive devices. Elevators are available to access all floors. Ramps are available where there is a change in floor height. Wheelchairs are available, as needed, from the coat check on the main floor of the Museum. Ask the information desk when you arrive. Accessible restrooms are available on every floor of the Permanent Exhibition and on the Museum’s lower level.
