A timbale of spinach custard will serve as the first course, followed by veal stew. A lightly seasoned rice pilaf and an unusual but tasty vegetable preparation, parslied cucumbers, will accompany the main course. Flambéed Crepes Suzette, thin dessert pancakes in orange butter sauce, will complete the meal. Wine paired with the entrée will be served with dinner.
