UPDATED: Missing Montgomery Village Man Located Safe (PHOTO)

UPDATE April 6, 4:45 p.m. Police report that Andre Bernard O’brien has been located safe and unharmed.

ORIGINAL April 5, 12:30 p.m. Montgomery County police officers are asking for your help to locate a missing 29-year-old Montgomery Village man.

Police said Andre Bernard O’brien, of Lake Shore Drive, was last seen near the Montgomery Village Crossing shopping center at approximately noon Friday, April 1. The shopping center is located in the 9600 block of Lost Knife Road.

According to police, O’brien has no access to a care and is known to frequent downtown Silver Spring and Southeast, Washington, D.C.

O’brien is described by police as an Afircan American male, 6′ tall, and weighing approximately 215 pounds. He has a shaved head and brown eyes.

Police and family are concerned for his physical and emotional welfare. Anyone with information regarding O’brien’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Montgomery County Police Department at 301.279.8000.
