Montgomery County Board of Elections Recruiting for “Future Vote” Program (VIDEO)

The Montgomery County Board of Elections seeks students grades 6 to 12 to join its “Future Vote” Program. Participants will serve as student aides during the Presidential Primary Election on Tuesday, April 26.

In this MyMCMedia Extra video, Montgomery County Board of Elections Outreach and Early Voting Coordinator Gilberto Zelaya discusses the recruitment process.

Participating students will receive Student Service Learning (SSL) credits and will have to attend a mandatory training with their guardians in order to be a part of the program. The “Future Vote” program is open to all Montgomery County students and student with bilingual and American Sign Language skills are encouraged to apply.
